Registration Rates

Registration includes everything on the agenda, including presentations, flight practice, hands-on workshops, demos, and the Monday evening welcome reception. Light refreshments and daily lunch are also included. Travel and accommodation are not included and are the responsibility of attendees.
Note – Due to insurance restrictions and university policy, all in-person participants must be over the age of 18 years old prior to the start date of the DroneCamp event.
* The Government Rate is for government employees at local, county, state, or federal agencies. Please register with your work email address so that our team can verify your status.
** The Academic Rate is generally available to attendees who register with a “.edu” email address. If you feel you qualify for the Academic Rate but do not have an EDU address, please email info@dronecampca.org, to make arrangements.
Cancellation
All in-person cancellations must be received via email to info@dronecampca.org before July 18, 2026.
Refunds will be deducted a $75 processing fee if received on or before July 18 and may not be granted after that date. This policy also applies to those who are paying with their UC Account. Your account will be charged if you do not cancel on or before July 18.
