Corey Snipes is an aerospace software and systems engineer, FAA-certified (Part 107) drone pilot, and OpenDroneMap contributor based in Cleveland, Ohio.

He works across a variety of aviation R&D projects from air traffic management, UAM/AAM, and connected aircraft systems supporting the Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, and RTCA.  His drone work specializes in mapping, photogrammetry, and progress monitoring for urban planning, design, and development.

Corey is a member of the board of directors of the North Coast Drone Alliance and co-chair of the events and education committee.  He is an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Geography at Lakeland Community College (Kirtland, Ohio) teaching drone mapping, drone industry essentials, and Part 107 prep.

His favorite drone is the DJI Phantom 4 Pro.
